|The uncooked noodles make this the easiest lasagna ever.
2 lbs. ground beef
1 large onion
1 qt. tomato juice
1 can tomato paste (8 oz)
1 Tbsp. oregano
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 oz. parmesan cheese
2 pkgs. broad lasagna noodles
Brown meat. Add onion and drain fat. Add rest of ingredients except the cheeses and noodles. Cook slow for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover the bottom with uncooked noodles. Spoon in 1/3 meat sauce. Cover with ½ mozzarella and ½ cottage cheese. Repeat layers and spoon on last layer of meat mixture and top with parmesan cheese. Cover with foil, pinching edges tightly to pan edge. Place on a baking sheet and Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.

|1 pound round steak or hamburger
2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup sour cream
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 13-oz can mushrooms undrained
2 Tbsp. catsup
Cut meat in thin strips, brown in butter. Combine remaining ingredients and add to meat. Heat through. Serve on noodles or rice

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chopped green chilies
2 cup chopped, cooked chicken
1 can enchilada sauce
1 cup sour cream
2 ½ cup grated cheese
½ cup onion, chopped
Mix soup, chilies, chicken, sour cream, onion, and ½ cheese, set aside. Spoon into tortillas and roll. Place in pan and pour enchilada over rolls. Spread remaining mixture on top. Cover with cheese. Bake 350 for 20 min.

|3 lb Cut up chicken
1/3 c Butter; melted
1/3 c Honey
2 tb Mustard
1 ts Salt
1 ts Curry powder
Hot cooked rice
Arrange chicken, skin side up, in a 13x9x2

|2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 cups flour
5 cups blended oatmeal*
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
24 oz. chocolate chips
1 Hershey bar (8 oz.),
3 cups chopped pecans,
*Measure oatmeal and grind in a blender to a fine powder
**Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F. Roast chopped pecans on cookie sheet until lightly browned. Set aside.
Cream room temperature butter with both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar and roasted nuts.
Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet.
Bake for ten minutes at 375 degrees F. Makes 120 small cookies or 60 large ones.

|2 lbs chicken tenders or boneless breasts cut in strips
1 1/4 cups uncooked converted rice
1 package Knorr's Cream of Broccoli Soup Mix
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
pepper, to taste
Place rice in a lightly greased crockpot. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper. Top with chicken pieces. Mix together the soup mix and broth. Pour over chicken and rice. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

|1 cup Butter
1 cup White Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
2 cup Unbleached Flour
2 1/2 cups Oatmeal (thoroughly blended)
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
12 oz Milk Chocolate Chips (one bag)
4-6oz Finely Grated Chocolate Bar
1 1/2 cup Chopped nuts (very optional)
Run the oatmeal though a blender until it is very fine. Use your favorite chocolate bar (make sure it is a big one) Chocolate grates easier if it is nice and cold.
Start by creaming the butter with the sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and oatmeal, then mix it into the batter. Thoroughly mix in the grated chocolate bar, then add in the chocolate chips (and nuts if you like.)
Bake as usual, at about 375 degrees for roughly 10 minutes depending on the size of your cookies.
