At Diamond Creek Heritage Sheep we raise purebred English Leicester Longwool, and Black Welsh Mountain sheep, both of which are considered rare breeds on the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy List (ALBC). In addition we raise 81% and above Wensleydale sheep, as well as fine wooled Merinos. We strive to raise these animals 'naturally', in a grass-fed environment, and practice sustainable agricultural methods. Our goal is to provide quality lean meat, lusterous long fleece, rovings, and breeding stock. We have both white and naturally-colored sheep in the English Leicester, Merino, and the Wensleydale breeds.
