Micah Cox, the tall guy on the left who serves as commander of the Challis Unit of Custer County Search and Rescue (SAR), accepts a donation from Idaho Outfitters and Guides Association (IOGA) representatives Louise Stark and Travis Bullock of Challis. Stark, of White Cloud Outfitters and Bullock, of Mile High Outfitters, said outfitting is a big part of Custer County 's history, and a donation to Custer County SAR makes sense. Both outfitters and SAR volunteers work to keep the hunting and fishing public safe. The Salmon River Chapter of IOGA serves both Custer and Lemhi counties. The outfitters' chapter holds two fundraiser per year, a dinner in March and a barbecue at the Salmon Select Horse Sale in April. Both fundraisers did well this year, so outfitters donated to SAR units in each county and scholarships at Challis and Salmon high schools
